Islamic Relief Kenya is accountable to our supporters and beneficiaries in the vital work we do. That is why we want to hear any concerns or complaints you may have, so we can take appropriate action. Safeguarding is particularly important. We take our responsibility for protecting our beneficiaries and vulnerable people from exploitation and abuse of power very seriously. We aim to deal with all concerns and complaints quickly and confidentially.
